Collectibles + Equity Co.
A toy today. A portfolio tomorrow.
Every Action Shares collectible ships with a gift card that carries a real equity stake of the company behind it. Kids unbox a collectible toy. Years later, they get a second gift, the realization they've been an owner the whole time.

How it works
Buy a collectible. Pick your stock or index fund. Pass it along.
The gift looks like a collectible toy. Under the wrapping paper, it's an equity stake.
Pick a collectible
Choose from 20 collectibles. Each one represents a real public company — a tiny EV for Tesla, a coffee cup for Starbucks, a delivery van for Amazon.
Pair it with a share
Pick the dollar amount (starting at $25). We purchase that fractional share through our broker partner and lock it to a sealed gift-card private key inside the box.
Pass the share through
The recipient scans the collectible’s QR, redeems the card, and the equity transfers into the adult’s existing brokerage — Fidelity, Webull, or Robinhood.
What if I lose the collectible? No problem.
The stock is secured in a registered broker account of your choice, not with the collectible.
One gift. Three different people walk away happy.
The 3 year old
Pure toy-aisle joy. "I got a awesome CryptoTruck!" No 'this is a lesson about money' energy.
The parent
"Wait — that's a real share?" $25 of TSLA just landed in Ethan's custodial account.
The 18 year old
"You've owned Tesla since you were five." Action Shares is built to be the gift that gets re-told. The story that lasts.

The collectible comes with a unique identifier that tracks the stock purchased. Simply place it on your smartphone to show your kids their equity and help them watch it grow over time.
Can anyone see my portfolio if they scan the collectible? No.
Scanning the collectible shows what stock was purchased and when, but doesn't show the amount or who made the purchase. This lets you track the stock price over time but doesn't reveal personal data. Login to the app and you can see your entire portfolio details to share with your kids.
